Server down |
by: [Rowan] on February 26, 2010, 02:05:47 PM

|
The server crashed yesterday due to a hard drive failure in the RAID array. After a bunch of work, they finally replaced everything, including the operating system, and restored from a daily backup. Please let me know if anything seems out of place or there is even more stuff broken this time.

After careful consideration and taking contact to the project staffers the following projects have left our board: Blasting Pixels The Legend of Zelda: ROTH trilogy SNDO We thank all of the developers for the time we spent together and we will be missing you guys! Scarzzur's and his Blasting Pixels web site will become an affiliate with GU though, so they aren't completely gone.

OZ Project: Zelda Miner |

|
How many of you remember the project "Mr. Miner"? Well I created a similar project called "Zelda Miner"
Compared to all the other Open Zelda quests, this one requires very little scripting (none if you only make one level). It's very simple to play, and simple to make a level.
You may also share your level by uploading your screen data to the for others to try.
At this point when you play the official game it will download a random map off of the website for you to try to beat. If I get a ton of different maps, I'll improve...

Everyone welcome Seth back to the developer team and his project - Mongi Tank - back to GU. The game has been completely rewritten and has a nicely stable beta (I've been playing it and kicking his butt in it >:3). Read more about it in the Project Forums!
